LS Adaptive Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your LS Adaptive apparel to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If you have any questions at any point, our team is always happy to help at wecare@lsadaptive.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at wecare@lsadaptive.com.
